I was so grateful to find a phone number on their website that I could actually speak to someone and there was no long wait! I had a problem tracking a refund that had gone awry and had wasted many hours trying to solve it with the airline. Once I reached Edreams Customer Service it was so quickly and easily resolved and they promised a refund right away. Representative Rowaida was polite and very efficient. I am so grateful for this good service!
