Very easy check in via online or machine. Never had any problem except we paid $60/each for excess baggage. But all in all we had a good experience.

Pack light or not at all.
I landed at the Auckland Domestic Terminal and needed a city map that showed where we were staying in Epsom. The lady at the travel info booth told me to go to the International terminal to iSite to get that map. I walk with a cane and had to grab a free shuttle bus to get to that terminal. I was deposited at one end of the terminal and had to walk nearly to the opposite end to find iSite. My question is why can't they have decent maps at both places?
Good value for money perfect for short domestic trips
Cancelled our flight at the last minute. Need a refund of service fee. We are out over a $1000 for our tour and transport
Please note to the passenger that they need the transit visa when transit at some countries like Australia. The Jetstar deny to carry me since I don't have Australian transit visa. I didn't know that I need to apply for it.
over charged for flights and services that were not received and had 9 hour delay therefore sat in the airport for 9 hours waiting for the flight. Very disappointing will not be booking again.
Typical of your organization, you are asking me about a trip I did not take because you cancelled my flight. After you cancelled it you then tried to extort more than $1000 from me to sell me the same seats again.
