Caribbean Airlines is the national airline and flag carrier for Trinidad and Tobago, located in the Caribbean. The airline originally operated both Caribbean Airlines and Air Jamaica, but has since, begun fading out the Air Jamaica brand, though it is still a flag carrier for Jamaica. Caribbean Airlines was established in 2007, replacing British West Indies Airways (BWIA). Caribbean Airlines routes fly from the Caribbean to destinations in the United States, Canada, South America and Europe.
Online Check-In
Online check-in is available before flight departure. You can check in and print your boarding pass by providing your e-ticket number, passenger name, flight details, frequent flyer card number or payment information. If you are traveling with checked luggage, you just need to visit the baggage drop desk at the airport to tag your luggage.
Mobile check-in
Check-in from a mobile device is also available. Here you can choose to have your boarding pass on your phone, sent via email, SMS, or you can also print it at an airport kiosk. Through your mobile device, you can also check your flight status, schedule and stay up to date with a live feed of departures/arrivals.
Airport kiosk
The airport kiosk check-in is available for ticket booking and online check-in, which can be done prior to the passengers' scheduled flight departure. Print your boarding pass or have it sent to your mobile phone.
Airport check-in times
Passengers are required to check in 3 hours prior to their scheduled departure flight time to ensure sufficient time for baggage and security checks. The Caribbean Airlines airport check-in counter closes 1 hour prior to the flight. Passengers arriving 1 hour prior to flight may result in their seat being cancelled or reassigned.

It is recommended to check the status of all Caribbean flights on their website by route or with the flight number.
Caribbean Miles
Caribbean Miles is Caribbean Airlines' loyalty frequent flyer program. Designed for frequent flyers, members earn miles on Caribbean Airlines flights, which they can use to book future flights.
Hand Baggage Allowance
All passengers are allowed to bring a standard item or hand luggage and one personal item.
Standard Item: Maximum of 114cm (45in) with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lb)
Personal Article: Maximum of 91cm (36in). Item must fit underneath the passenger seat.
Checked Baggage Allowance
Checked baggage allowances vary by destination routes and travelling class. In economy class, the first suitcase is free and the second bag may be free, depending on the itinerary. Max baggage weight allowance is 50 lbs per item, with maximum linear dimensions of 158cm (62in). Oversized bags weighing more than 32kgs are not permitted, with the exception of musical instruments or large sports equipment. Up to three (3) extra items in excess of checked baggage allowance will be accepted per passenger.
