The staff at the gate was very unpleasant. TSA security was slow and we had to check in twice. At the gates, the staff accused us of having too much luggage when our bags were mostly duty free. They wouldn't let us board and forced us to pay for more baggage reasoning that it was a safety hazard because of the weight which made no sense as everything made the flight, they just wanted to charge us. When we weighed everything, it was definitely not over the limit. They also wouldn't let us talk, kept interrupting us and was very grabby. They ought to be ashamed of themselves and fired for the lack of manners and servicing quality.
