My booking had difierent ID, I had to change in the office of TAME in the AirPort, then I had to go to the counter and they had verify again. All this change took 20 minutes. Then the airline suspend the flight and I had to in the AirPort until 7:00pm, what was the next flight.
If we buy a ticket online we dont want to be surprised to pay extra on the airport.
It was terrible the airline told me another time departure. The airplain leave 3 hours before. I Clamaid for the money because I had to bought another Ticket to another airline AVIANCA in orde to arrive the same day last 6 of november because that the I had to present a conference in the University of Machala in Santa Rosa. So please I appreciate all your help in order to recover that money. It is unfear that I had to paid another airlaine in this case. It was not my fault I was the airline o your fault. Marvin Quesada
