My flight from Cairo to Casablanca was delayed for an hour. We stayed still in the Cabin for one hour! My flight from Casablanca to Marrakech was also delayed for an hour, but this time it was the boarding. We couldn't board the plan except an hour after it was scheduled.

We lost a complete day since we were not able to board the flight !Royal air Maroc could not explain why .We where at counter more than 150 minutes to check in and we where given boarding passes assigned seats and we checked two bags.At boarding attendants claimed we where no show for the flight .They never let us on board . Nobody would explain and we had to spend three hours getting our bags back and to finally get transportation to a very low quality hotel 40 minutes from airport. The food at the hotel for diner and breakfast was disgusting .We had to come back the next day to go trough the whole security and immigration process to board a flight that was close to 90 minutes late ... total nightmare ... never again Royal Air Maroc ... worst airline I have seen in my 40 years traveling
