The services was very good!
Flight left a little late but was able to make up the time. Food was fair at best. Took flight attendants long time to pick up trays after the meal. Overall good value for the money.
You guys need to send the tickets and not wait till I have to call you from Israel
Minimal seat cushioning. Food OK but not as tasty or fresh as on other long-haul flights
I was extremely shocked by the extremely poor service with Condor airlines. My first experience was despite having paid extra to have an 8kg bag the check in counter told me that I was only allowed to have 6kg and would have to pay to check my bag despite having already paid a higher price for that type of ticket with a heavier bag. Then on our way back to a Stuttgart from Heraklion our flight was rerouted to Hanover (over 5 hours away from Stuttgart) due to weather. When we landed in Hanover Condor airlines told all passengers on the flight that we were all to basically fend for ourselves on figuring out how to get home to Stuttgart because it wasn’t their problem. They stated they would not reimburse customers for train tickets flights or rental cars despite the fact that those were the only options of us returning home and they were all over €140 price wise. A train ticket was €140 rental car was €230 and a flight was €399.99. I have never had such a poor experience with an airline and I have been flying for over 20years.
