The service on the plane was horrible In the 4 times we had to be on the plane the flight attendants were rude not organized Loud & they really must be taking bonus for rolling their eyes that much! The food was inedible all of us 12 passengers (business & economy with 6 kids)returned our meals! To that extent it was bad we preferred to stay hungry rather than eating what Alitalia airlines calls meals!
