Azul was good service on time departure etc The only comment I have is that after a long flight to GRU the last thing you want to do is stand in line for 25 minutes to check in. There was only one agent on duty that is why it took so long & the line was rather chaotic. However once we got to the agent he spoke good English & was polite & helpful. I would definitely travel with Azul again.
