Lovely flight with a charming hostess
Attendant was great. Stuffy flight no air and plane was dirty inside. Yuck
The boarding and delay in take off from a Key West was terrible. I’ve seen better organized riots!

Worst air service ever. I didn’t even get to fly. Delayed for 4 hours or more. Had to rent a car. Called and called 6 times. Always call back later. I paid for luggage I never used. I am demanding a full refund or someone to call me. 7654610563
Sorry I really can't provide a good rating the flight was 5 hours late and we missed our connections. This flight was very expensive compared to our connecting flights on other larger airlines so the value rating is not good either.
I will never use your firm again! I tried numerous times to cancel the flights and was told I could not. I asked to postpone for the future and was told no. Your company is a disgrace.
