This is the worst airline I have ever traveled .. I am a US citizen residing in New York and have traveled via all airlines like Emirates Etihad Virgin and Air India ... It was a Horrible experience with pathetic planes from Kuwait to India Poor quality of food and mishandling of baggage. They gave my baggge after 24 hours and even broke my two suitcase and I was stranded at the airport with missing 6 bags out of 8 bags with no clothes and essentials . They gave us no compensation no refunds or even Food vouchers which we could use and at least sustain temporarily. We will never travel through this airline and make sure to propagate the same to all our groups communities not to make the same mistake . I want a compensation of my broken baggage and also compensation for the harassment we faced at the airport with no baggage for more than 24 hours
