I could not find the way to preorder meals for my flight. Website was not well organized.
I know you are a budget airlines but at least give water and coffee to passengers free. In this trip when we got of in Copenhagen one American air hostess girl gave passengers free coffee that generosity lasts longer in my mind than your stupid rainbow color arrangement of cabin lights. Be economical but not cheap like starving Erving.
Was awesome
Great experience great value.
Comfortable flight in Business Class. Very good value compared to other airlines.
Flight was good despite giving notification of a need for wheel chair waiting and need to catch a connecting flight on the booking at check in and again three times on the flight always being assured it was taken care of we had to wait missed our connecting flight lost the funds for that flight two tickets had to pay again for two more tickets on another airline arriving much later than planned and having to take a taxi at $60 instead of train (all ready covered) to get parked car then having to pay $5 more for parking because of the late pick up of the car. Not a pleasant happy experience. Call me 612 232 6596
Paying extra for luggage is just a sore spot with me
Wish I knew I had to order meals explicitly. All else great.
We had a long delay on the flight from NY to Madrid but the flight experience was pleasant overall. The food on business class is really bad. Flight attendants are curt and not very helpful.
don't wait til hour 9 to offer water!!!
Contrary to their info - no wifi connection is available on Norwegian flights that I used.
extra fees not expected or embraced
Our tickets were extremely high and the flight attendants were terrible and one in particular was outright rude. Seats on the return flight were the smallest space I have ever encountered on a flight-and to be on a plane for 11+ hours in such a small space was almost unbearable
TSA in Oslo was not very efficient: The flight was delayed due to screenings which is totally acceptable: our safety is of utmost importance. However they did not take this into account when starting to board the plane. The staff who performed the screenings was not very courteous-they left me standing there and did not advise that they were completed. Plane was delayed which is understandable but the staff/stewards did not offer anything at all (because dinner was not purchased). not even water in a 9 hr 40 min transatlantic flight-which was technically was a little over 11 hours sitting in our seats due to the 90 min delay after everyone boarded. I understand and completely agree that screenings and making sure our plane is safe to fly is the most important aspect of flying in today's age. however the policy of not even offering water to patrons is unacceptable to me.
Good flight. Non flying staff totally useless at Orly on the way back. No information on the 3 hour delay then a rushed boarding. Totally inane. As if these people had never been. On an airplane themselves. Upshot was we were so late they did rhe return in less than 6 hours. So as to avoid the late arrival fine at EWR. Great!
