The flight was excellent! The only positive suggestion is having an aircraft where the seats can recline. It was a little uncomfortable for a four hour flight. Nonetheless it was excellent! Thank you!

Cebu Pacific was a bit confusing with regards to checking in. The weight limit for Check in or carry on was inconsistent with what people actually brought. There were no different classes to choose from and they were all economy
