My worst experience flying ever , and the most expensive .
I was really disappointed in the Condor flight from Francfurt to Seattle. Only two very small meals in 11h of flights and no snacks, everything to pay in the plane and not even a lot of movies for a paying "premium" option!! Really really disappointed.
I received my luggage with two broken wheels when I have it to you guys with 4 operating wheels I would like to know what happend
Lufthansa flights were comfortable. Three out of four flights at Frankfurt involved busing which I consider unacceptable at such a hub airport. There was also a delay finding a parking spot at Frankfurt. Frankfurt airport internal security checks were rude and unfriendly (compared with Dusseldorf). I have flown over 6,000,000 kms. and Frankfurt attitudes and transfer arrangements are not up to the standerd required.
I travel few times a year. This time I had the worst experience by far. The flight was delayed for 6 hours due to aircraft malfunction. People were kept in the airplane for 4 hours without knowing whats going on. Airplane already went on the runway and then returned back to airport, then information given was incorrect , delaying boarding time every 30 minutes. To make the long story short, boarding started after 6 hours of scheduled time. When I arrived the luggage was lost and its been 2 days , still I am waiting. Would never travel with this airline again.
the movie and tv selection wasn't great, and the breakfast was a small snack, not a hot breakfast and options of fruit and yogurt. The bread rolls were stale and dry and cold. The plane was dirty and had food on my seat and in the pouch on the back of the seat beneath my tv.
