I lost my flight because at the last moment i had to carry my grandson with me and even thought i was earlier than the boarding time and had already make an online check-in the office assistant didnt manage to book a ticket for the baby. Not satisfied at all as i lost my flight and my money and we travelled with aegean. Maybe i will prefer to travel with another agent from the beginning.
