Flights from Miami

The metropolitan area of Miami is one of the biggest conurbations in the US and is home to nearly 5.5 million people. It is an important center of technology, innovation, business and finance. Its airport, Miami International Airport (MIA), ranks 10th in total passenger volume in the US and 28th in the world. Serving 44.6 million passengers, MIA is an important gateway for passengers coming from the Caribbean, Bahamas, South and Central America. The airport also hosts 40 US and 67 international carriers flying non-stop to 54 domestic and 107 international destinations. Apart from the usual amenities at the airport of lounges, dining places, and banking facilities, MIA has also a hotel on its premises.

Travelling to Miami airport

MIA is accessible via different modes of transport. To catch flights from Miami to Paris on time, a taxi is the fastest and most convenient method of transport to the airport. There are also courtesy shuttles offered by hotels. For those who travel light, taking public transport is a good option. Metrobus (lines 7, 37, 42, 57, J, 238 and 297) serve the airport by linking these routes with the Metrorail and Metromover (shuttles between terminals). The Orange Line of the Metrorail goes to MIA Metrorail Station. In addition, Miami Beach Airport flyer bus number 150 connects Miami Beach and the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC).

Reaching Paris

Very few cities in the world can compare to the beauty and offerings of Paris with its superb architecture, grand museums and a food and wine culture that make you wish you lived there. There is also something about the atmosphere that makes it unique – a romantic city for lovers with its twinkling lights at night or the gay ambience in its markets, outdoor cafes and elegant boulevards. Stroll along the Seine River or admire the fabulous collection at the Louvre. Not to be missed are the gourmet restaurants dedicated to haute cuisine or the delectable wines that accompany meals. Day or night, Paris is simply a charming city that you will not easily forget.

Getting to the city center

Roissy Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG) and Paris Orly Airport are the two important transport hubs serving passengers traveling by air to Paris.
