Las Vegas. This Sin City built up in the middle of the desert is not only the most poplar gaming city in the world, but also a city of luxury accommodation and fine dining.

It’s one of the few places in the world where you can get Elvis to marry you and your partner for less than €50. Where you can ice skate, participate in tennis tournaments, see hypnotists and adult shows, and of course… gamble.

Here is a list of the biggest, richest, shiniest hotels in Las Vegas. Have a look and leave a comment telling us which is your favourite/least favourite and why!

The Venetian Hotel Las Vegas

The Venetian is, along with the Palazzo Hotel and Casino Resort, the largest hotel in the world featuring more than 4000 suites, 4000 hotel rooms and a 11,000 square meters casino (that’s bigger than Hawaii!). The hotel also features a replica of St Mark’s Campanile in Venice, Italy.

With more Forbes five-star awards than any other hotel for its suites, restaurants and spa, the Wynn is considered to be one of the finest hotels in the world. It is also the first resort to include a Ferrari and Maserati dealership and it was the tallest hotel in Las Vegas at the time of its launch.  One of the hotel clubs, XS,  is considered one of the most extravagant in the United States, with a menu that includes a $10,000 cocktail.

Luxor Las Vegas Hotel

Luxor, another one of the largest hotels in Las Vegas is a 30-story pyramid-shaped building. Named after the city of Luxor in ancient Egypt, the hotel received a 4 key rating from the Green Key Eco-Rating Program, which evaluates “sustainable” hotel operations.

Caesars Palace

Caesars Palace, one of the most famous hotels in Las Vegas, is well-known for its numerous movie appearances (sic!) and it’s over 4000 seat Colosseum replica, an entertainment venue which hosts numerous musical performances every year.

What about you? If you could choose any Las Vegas hotel, in which one would you like to spend a few days? And what would you do?
