It’s that time of the year again… We just finished the fifth edition of the “Best Airlines” study and we’re ready to announce the big winner!
eDreams has been carrying out an yearly study that establishes the best full service airline of the year and in 2016 we analyzed 90,000 customer reviews to decide which are the airlines that have been able to offer the best service.
Which is the Best Airline of 2016?
This year’s overall winner is Emirates which ranked first with an average score of 4.23 out of 5 points, followed by Luxair (ranked first last year) and Aegean Airlines, in third place.
As for airlines from the United Kingdom, Aer Lingus is ranked in 4th place overall while British Airways is ranked in 15th.
