Large modern airport with lots of facilities, shopping and restaurants.

Need to move the final security que and scan before the shops/restaurants. Once one passes through the que, there is no food availability or shops. I as well as my friends get very nervous to shop not knowing how long it will take to get through the final security que.

A great new airport 30 km out of the beautiful city of Athens. Good restaurants very good and cheap shopping.

clean, and relatively efficient, but the duty-free section was confusing and very, very slow to pay for purchases at some stores. I went though the security check and then I was in limbo for 2 hrs with only 2 very small sweets/drinks stands - I was expecting to be able to relax with bars and restaurents and duty-free shopping as you can at Brussels National!!
