The airport has modern amenities as well as 150 spaces in its Cell Phone Waiting Lot and 18,940 parking spots.

Travelling to Philadelphia airport

PHL is served by public transit with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) offering a train service from the city center to the airport. Further connections to other parts of the city are available from convenient stations. For example, if you wish to take the Amtrak Northeast Corridor or the NJ Transit Atlantic City, you can do so at the 30th Street station. Taxicabs are practical ways of reaching the airport as well as sedan, limousine or shared ride van services that you can pre-arrange from your hotel. Drivers of private cars or hired vehicles should get on the I-95 South or the I-76 towards PHL from downtown to get to the airport.

Getting to the city center

Flights from Philadelphia to Miami will land at Miami International Airport, the major airport serving the city. To reach downtown Miami, the easiest method is to take a taxi and the stand is found at the arrivals terminal (ground level) of the airport; the SuperShuttle is also found at this level. Hotel shuttles are also offered and you can board them in the upper level (departure area). If you plan on taking public transport, get on the free MIA Mover train to the Miami Central Station where you can hop on the Metrorail or the Metrobus to go downtown. You can also find the Rental Car Center here to pick-up a hire car.
