The city of angels – or Los Angeles – is a multicultural and a lively urban center. It is served by two airports: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and LA/Ontario International Airport. LAX is the 7th busiest airport in the world and the 3rd in the US. It offers 742 non-stop flights daily to 101 US cities. The airport has also 1,289 nonstop flights to 77 cities in 42 countries operated by 63 airlines. It is equipped with nine terminals and four runways. LA/Ontario has two each of runways and terminals, which make 61 flight departures per day possible. Other amenities at the airport include dining spots, shops and parking.
