To get to DFW, you have the option of using the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) or Trinity Railway Express (TRE). Take the Orange Line to get to DFW or, if using TRE, catch a ride at Union Station or T&;ampP Station. Travel times of the two options vary depending on traffic conditions. Passengers on flights from Dallas to Chicago can also take a taxi, limousine or shared ride service to get there. From downtown to Dallas Love Airport, you can go to Union Station, hop on the DART Red Line and get off at West End station to catch the Orange Line to Love Field.

O'Hare and Midway International Airports are the main airports serving the Chicagoland area with each hub offering several modes of transport to move towards the city center. Of the two, Midway International Airport is nearer to the center. The most convenient way is to take advantage of the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) lines that offer direct access to downtown Chicago – take the Blue Line from O'Hare and hop on the Orange Line from Midway. Normal travel time on the Blue Line is approximately 40-45 minutes. On the Orange Line, it is 20-25 minutes. Shuttles, rental cars, limos and Transport Network Providers (TNP) are also easy ways to reach downtown from the two airports.
