Very clean, and organised. Spacious but well contained. Helpful staff.

It was delay of one hour and thirty minutes on this flight which cause me difficulty to find a transportation and a hotel.

Terrible in many senses. The only couple of good things were the toilet, which was very clean and the canteen opposite the Duty Free, where the stuff were un-usually friendly (un-usually for this airport). However, the bar at the departure lounge gates 14-15 was extremely dirty due to shortage of staff. There were wrappers and rubbish EVERYWHERE, there were NO ASHTRAYS, so there were cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. The review of other services is below.I think that in general this was a very traumatic experience, and i would have forgiven it all, was i not conned by two of the stores there. My advice- stay away from the shops there. Even the Duty Free was terrible- most of the staff were very rude, didn't speak good English, aggressive at times. The make-up counters were filthy, with no samples and most of the products missing. The prices were mostly HIGHER than at Heathrow airport. In general- the worst airport experience of my life. here are two very dodgy shops opposite Duty Free. In one of them all the "designer" bags there were FAKES, poor quality and damaged. The shop owner was "rounding up" the prices of the exchange rate in her favour. She lied to me that she is THE ONLY store there that accepts dinars. The other store had a couple of good things (Tunisian-made leather bags), however i was sold a faulty item there. I saw a scarf i liked on display, then the shop owner got another one from behind the counter, saying "I will give you a new one", and stupidly i didn't check it, and having arrived home opened it up and saw that the entire scarf was covered in ink!! It is impossible to get off and i am deeply disappointed. Also, i thought it was a Tunisian scarf as on the one i saw on display it said "Made in Tunisia", but on the one she actually sold me it said "made in China"!!! At the same store, i checked out a couple of things and when i didn't buy them, the owner became very rude. This made me think as if i was at a dodgy market! On the plane itself, no cards were accepted, most of the staff didn't speak English (i mean words as simple as a "napkin"!!). Tunisair has a very poor choice of refreshments available. On the 3 hour flight, we were provided with an awful quality sandwich and some fizzy drinks and juices- nothing else (no Tomato Juice or alcohol!!). They only had ONE Duty Free magazine on the entire plane, and non of the products in it were available (except 4 choices of cigarettes and 2 choices of Whisky).

Nice and small, fairly easy to navigate. Queues not too long at passport control. The gates are pretty awful and smoky though.
