very good - no remarks // however the machines for paying the supplement if you are travelling by metro are annoying and not that client friendly. It is very disturbing on arrival and trying to get into the metro. Too complicated if you don't know exactly how it works. Frequently to upload the ticket, the ticket will stick into the machine and help will be needed

You need automatic tellers to get your flight tickets, then you would not have to wait for almost 1 hour in line and you would have less problems.....

missed the connection due to another connectrion. there was no one at the counter to help or assist. So had to purchase a new ticket for 250 euro.Now this is no fault of Edreams yhis is a bad review for the airline

Well comunicated to get to city centre. Take the train is the cheapest, costs same as metro and you can transfer to it with same ticket.
