Airports in Oceania - Rating of taxis

I arrived in Melbourne on a flight from Quatar at 23.55After I have passed the passport check I realized that I left my mobile phone in the toilet. I asked one or the officer in the airport in he can help me to get my mobile. It was no way to convince them to let me go back to recuperate it or to send someone to bring it to me. I was about 50 m away form the place I left my phone.I end up going to the office of the Melbourne Airport Manager ( who wasn't there ).After about 45 minutes of going from one person to the other I ended up at Airports Customs. The man behind the counter simply said to me that the best he could do is to give me the tel. no. and to call them the following day to check if someone has report the lost mobile phone.Due to the poor service in the Airport today I don't have my mobile phone.

easy to navigate, poor transport services . This airport desparatly needs a rail link that links with the existing excellent service. Fortunatly I was picked up from the airport by a friend in the early hours, otherwise I would have been very confused and stranded by the lack of info.
