Gate agent in Boston is HORRIBLE. Legitimately not who should be the front line representative for Americans going to Iceland.

Iceland Air to Reykjavik was OK and on time. WOW air from Iceland was very spartan. Very little help at the airport. Different young people pointing customers in different directions while trying to dodge customers.

Norwegian Air was terrible. They had plane trouble and could not find me a replacement flight. I had to cancel for a partial refund and book another flight.

Some kind of snack should be mandatory. The lack of leg room was ridiculous and my husband an I are average height.

Really a bad experience from beginning to end. Transatlantic round trip flight was NOT cheap, service was virtually non existent. You could buy food on the plane, bad expensive food, but no other options. On the return I was put in the very last row with no ability to recline seats, next to toilets - not good. I had tried to contact Wow to change flight and always got responses blowing me off - very bad. Tried calling them...on hold forever ... no response. I had an ELEVEN HOUR LAYOVER IN ICELAND, arriving at midnight. Cost over $25 for 5 min cab ride to hotel, hotel was $200 - my cab driver was drunk, driving like a madman. IT WAS AN AWEFUL TRIP. NEVER TO BE REPEATED. Also didn't tell me on the ticket which terminal my flight left from in Paris. I had to go there to find out. Communication service is ridiculous. I will NEVER use this airline again - NEVER.

Keflavic is one of the most messed up airports I have ever seen. Leave plenty if time when departing.
